The Board of Directors, at its meeting on January 30, 2025, approved the new Internal Regulations for Conduct in the Securities Markets of TUBOS REUNIDOS, S.A, which has been adapted to current legislation and best practices of listed companies. This new Regulation modifies and replaces the previous text, dated July 24, 2003, which is no longer applicable. The Regulation i) regulates the conduct of the directors and executives of Grupo Tubos Reunidos in matters of the securities market, ii) aims to prevent and avoid any situation of market abuse, and iii) in its preparation, the provisions of the recent Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services have been taken into account, among other regulations.
