Project objective:

Laboratory Simulation, Study and Optimisation of the Surface Appearance of Steel in Industrial Reheating Furnaces

The main objective of the project is, by means of laboratory simulation of the industrial process of furnace reheating and high-pressure hydraulic descaling, to achieve an improvement in the surface quality of the tubes, thus achieving cost savings by reducing rejection and a lower environmental impact, by reducing both energy consumption and raw materials.
