Tubos Reunidos Group has been distinguished with the Environmental Innovation Award in the BBK ESG Hub Cámarabilbao Awards, an initiative promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao and the BBK Foundation and sponsored by Petronor. This recognition highlights our commitment to sustainability and decarbonization through innovative initiatives.

The award has been granted to us thanks to our O-Next seamless steel pipe range, the first pipe on the market with a carbon footprint of 0.0 tn CO2 in scopes 1 and 2, according to the GHG protocol. A milestone that reflects our strong commitment to a more sustainable future.

At the award ceremony, Calos López de las Heras, CEO of the group, highlighted:
“At Tubos Reunidos Group we have been innovating and adapting for more than 130 years. This process also gave rise to our commitment to sustainability, with a threefold objective: to help the industry to decarbonize, to be an example of decarbonization ourselves and to promote a sustainable future for all”.

With more than 1,000 tons of O-Next tubes already produced and delivered, it is present in key projects, facilities and infrastructures.
